Eve Online Tanking

EVE online players I could use some help!?!?!?

I was just wondering what some of the terms mean, such as
Tanking?
Webbing?
Gate Camping?
Ratting?
Jamming?
roles that needed to be filled to make up a good group?
and any other really basic tips that could help an uber NOOB out in New Eden

Tanking? - The ability to endure hits. Shield-tanking uses mid-slots, and armor-tanking uses low slots, generally. Speed-tanking uses a little of each, and requires a good deal of practice.
Webbing? - Using the 'Stasis Webifier' module to slow a target ship down, in order to make it an easier target for you and your friends.
Gate Camping? - Sitting on one side of a stargate and waiting for ships to come through in preparation for an ambush.
Ratting? - Hunting NPCs for fun and profit. NPC ships are generally nicknamed 'rats.'
Jamming? - Disabling the target computers of another vessel. This is the Caldari form of Electronic Warfare, and is generally performed using the Griffin, Blackbird/Falcon/Rook, or Scorpion classes of ships.

I play EVE online a space based game . I have been gone along time just coming back after a year . There has been new weapons like new style turrets or missile launchers and new skills i need help because i couldnt find any of these by looking in the item data base . if you could find a list for me or compile one for me i will give you has many points as you want its that important to me . thank you for your time . these skill will have come out with the last two expansions and any thing having to do with new class ships armor and sheild tanking or weapons skills or electronic/ engireeing and the like just the newer ones please . i have well over 30 mil in skill points so no basic stuff thanks .:) also please do not direct me if possible to a mix list of old and new thanks
