Try the code written on the 2wire label! If you go to your 2wire, you will see a code written on the label. some are labeled "security code" some will be marked between the braces [10digits]. Just try that first.
Then if you still can't get in, use a wired machine, go to the router setup page. http://gateway.2wire.net (this will go to the routers setup).
Log on to the wireless page and change the code, or you can reset the defaults from there as well. Now you have the code!

Normaly i would play this using cable internet isp but my wife is trying to talk me into using less by using DSL and i know it's hugely slower than cable so can it work ok in the end ??? despite have to take 6 hours to DL the damn client ??
If you already have the client you wouldn't have to download it again just because you switched. Anyways, yeah it'll be fine. What the other guy said about it being slow in general and especially when there are many objects on-screen at the same time has nothing to do with your internet connection usually; usually it's the graphics card. Switching to DSL shouldn't make a difference in the playability of the game.

I have a paid EVE-Online account and a trial account, however whenever I try to run one trial and one paid it tells me I can only run 2 Paid accounts... Wierd due to the fact its only one trial and one paid, but is there a method or a form of software which would allow me to trick the EVE online client or hide the fact there is another client open to allow me to se 1 Paid and 1 Trial account?
I am using Windows Vista Ultimate 64-Bit edition.
bearing in mind I have an exceptionally short budget, and the error message isn't even right... it sais I cant run 2 trials when only one of them is a trial.

After downloading the Client and installing the game, I couldn't find the Shortcut. Is there anyway of starting the game from the Eve Online Website? What do I do to play?
There's no way you can start Eve Online from the website.
If you installed it into the default directory, you can always access it from C:Program FilesCCPEVE
Double-click on "eve.exe" (not the Safe Mode one).
You can also right click on this and use Create Shortcut, then drag that shortcut onto your desktop.
