The same thing happened to me. I eventually got the seventeen magazine, however it took forever. But what my mom did before I got the magazine was contact Seventeen to request another magazine because our subscription wasn't "active" and we didn't recieve the magazine. The magazines should be getting to the subscribers before they are on stands so if you ever see a magazine that you subscribed to that you don't have yet you should really contact them.
