I'm not sure what that all means.

My pc works ok, but it's a little old. I am trying to play Eve-Online on it and Shader Model Three (SM3) support is needed to run the game. There is a new expansion of the game and it won't load now. Do I need to just get a new computer? As cash is tight I really can't afford to do that right now

You can run any modern graphics card - bear in mind that you'll need to make sure your power supply is adequate (it comes stock with a 200W which likely won't much). I'd consider something like a 1gb Nvidia gt220 although that may be pushing the limits power wise especially on an older pc
Another consideration is your case - it will only fit a low profile pci-e 16x card and apparently only if you don't have the riser card option.
Just FYI any card newer than a Geforce 6 series will support SM3 (which is basically equiv to supporting DirectX 9 which all current cards do)

I'd imagine so, since MasterCard gift cards work in the same principle as a debit card which can be used to pay for all of those services.
I was able to pay FFXI with a Visa gift card, and Square Enix/PlayOnline tends to be the worst in regards to payment ease.

I have been searching for a product for a about a week now that seems hard to come by and sells out very fast when they do become available.... Today I saw it on amazon as In Stock (order within the next 22 hours and get it by friday) I had to wait till i got home to order...
When I got home the message had changed to Order Now and Have it Christmas eve, saying it would be in stock again on the 18th....
So I placed the order and and first it said Not Yet Ship and only a few minutes later the order status changed to "Shipping Soon"
Does this mean that still have it in stock and are preparing it to be shipping, or just sending my payment info or what?
I very rarely order things online so if this sounds like a dumb question to some please forgive me...

Off the top of my head, I would say that they are guaranteeing you that it will ship by Christmas eve, possibly sooner. But, they originally ran out and had to order more units when they gave you the Christmas eve ship date. And, now they have more on the way and will ship them as soon as they get them.
